Sheldrick Holmes and Steven Cook met in 2001 and acknowledged a shared dream of one day owning a cafe. The Grail Cafe cultivates from many different seeds that have been planted throughout our lives while residing, working, and learning in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago. We have a love of food, a passion for service and a desire to connect with our community. Harvesting these ingredients, The Grail Cafe offers an experience where goodness can be found.
The Grail Cafe located at 715 S Dearborn St Chicago, IL 60605, within the Printer's Row District in the South Loop neighborhood. The Grail Cafe is a community focused space, where all are invited to eat, drink, and socialize.
Our mission is to utilize locally sourced ingredients to craft our drink and food offerings. The coffee menu will showcase local roasters. Our food menu will be thoughtfully prepared to respect the seasonality of ingredients which highlight the freshness, flavor, and goodness in each dish.
